Anonymous said: Kill yourself.

mikerugnetta:

Earlier today I told twitter what I think about the whole Sam Pepper thing and at about the same time I wrote those tweets, I received this “ask”.

So just a reminder of the state of things: when you publicly talk about how a YouTuber making a video of themselves groping unsuspecting women is not a “joke” but rather revolting and upsetting, you are told to kill yourself.

This is the level of discourse we’re at.

Anxiety is not rude. Depression is not selfish. Schizophrenia is not wrong. Eating disorders are not a choice. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is not crazy. Mental illness isn’t self-centred, anymore than cancer is self-centred. It’s a medical illness.

On a Friday afternoon, after rejecting Firefly's original pilot “Serenity”, Fox executives instructed series creator Joss Whedon to submit a new pilot script on Monday morning or the show would not be picked up. Whedon and his co-executive producer Tim Minear locked themselves away for the weekend to write this script, adding “larger than life” supporting characters and making the episode more action-centric to please the network. This new pilot, directed by Whedon, later became the series' second episode. Firefly premiered with “The Train Job” on Fox on September 20, 2002, twelve years ago today.

Helena Bonham Carter pretending to be Belatrix pretending to be Hermione pretending to be Belatrix

ACTING

No but her acting was so good in this scene that I had to pause and zoom in on her face to make sure it wasn’t actually Emma in makeup, and even then I wasn’t totally convinced.

Emma acted out the scene first, and then Helena Bonham Carter mimicked what she did. so it was Helena Bonham Carter pretending to be Emma Watson pretending to be Helena Bonham Carter pretending to be Bellatrix pretending to be Hermione pretending to be Bellatrix.

ACTING
